What's the Ergoflex mattress made from?

Ergoflex uses foam like most mattress in a box. However, Ergoflex has designed a lot of custom materials to offer better airflow and support. There are 3 foam layers and 2 cover layers that make up the mattress. Starting at the top working to the bottom goes the 5G high-density foam, Cool-Sleep Airflow foam, High-Resilience Foam Base. All the foam layers are contained and protected by a fine fabric that’s beneath the top layer.

5G high-density foam – Ergoflex designed the foam to withstand years of use and with an open-cell structure to provide airflow and support.

Cool sleep airflow foam – The airflow foam helps dissipate heat, promotes air circulation, and provides comfort at the same time.

high-resilience foam – The base layer offers structure and support to the mattress and gives deep support to the spine.

The Cover – The cover material is Tencel® that wicks moisture away and is extremely breathable. The fabric is also made from plant cells and is unlikely to cause allergic reactions.

Inner Cover – Encasing the foam layers is a protective layer of micro-fine fabric.

Ergoflex Pillow Review – The same high-density visco-elastic memory foam used in the Ergoflex™ 5G mattress is also in the Ergoflex HD pillow. Which means it’s comfortable like the mattress and it’s also designed to deliver ergonomic posture support for your head and neck.

Memory foam pillows will take on your shape for immediate pressure-relief and instant comfort lasting the entire night, every night. Naturally the pillow is anti-allergenic and anti-microbial. This results in a beautifully healthy and hygienic pillow, encased in a TENCEL® cover.

Ergoflex mattress thickness and weight

The Ergoflex mattress comes in abox to make it easier to move around. Once you have the mattress in position, you can unpackage the box and then the surrounding packaging, and it will begin to inflate and get heavier. The Ergoflex mattress is only 23 cm (making it one of the thinnest mattress) but rest assured, its about the quality of the materials and Ergoflex provides excellent support.

How much does the Ergoflex mattress cost?

Ergoflex is an excellent value for money mattress, with the queen-sized mattress costing around $1000. Ergoflex was the first company to cut out the middle man, and even with there success, they haven’t significantly raised there pricing. Below you’ll find the pricing table, however, if you check out our ‘Claim Deal’ button for discounts.

Is the Ergoflex mattress right for you?

The Ergoflex has a medium-firm feel and is great for a lot of sleepers. It’s lighter than most of its competitors, making it easier to move around. The high-quality materials and years in business are tough to beat when mattress shopping. The airflow and specially designed foam keeps the heat away from your body, making it great for those summer nights. You don’t have to worry about waking up your partner because this mattress does a great job at keeping motion transfer at a minimum.

Is the Ergoflex good for back pain? With high reconditions from customers and the orthopaedic Design makes the mattress great for back pain. Your pressure points like shoulders, hips and chest are supported and cushioned.

Overall our Ergoflex mattress review found that its an excellent mattress with the only downside being the 30 day trial period when most mattress offers a longer time. But you’ll find very few people returning this mattress. If you do decide to return the mattress, it is free, and Ergoflex donates the mattress to help families of domestic violence.
